Prior to reaching her current position at Banner Health, Ms. Campbell served as a supervisor and senior business analyst from 2020 to 2023. During this period, she played a pivotal role in recruiting external contract laborers, including nurses and surgical technicians, to support hospital floors during busy seasons. Her efforts were particularly vital during the COVID-19 pandemic as she managed corporate staff redistribution and oversaw inpatient staff adjustments. In recognition of her exceptional contributions during this challenging time, she was honored with the Amazement Award in June 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, Ms. Campbell worked as an information specialist at Banner Health, developing educational courses for new hires and providing staffing and compliance reports to various departments and facilities. Notably, she developed an innovative application that streamlined data collection from 18 benchmark facilities within the organization. The app's user-friendly design and real-time correction features significantly reduced the time leaders spent on data submission, allowing them to focus on extensive data analysis.

Ms. Campbell's storied journey at Banner Health began in 2015 when she joined as a certified nursing assistant, providing patient care and performing specialized tasks like bladder scanning. Her early experiences in patient care at Volunteers of America likewise laid a strong foundation for her subsequent ascent through the ranks at Banner Health.

Academically, Ms. Campbell obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2023 and earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Rockford University in 2005. Although she initially considered a scientific career, she decided to pivot toward health care administration, where her hard work ethic, supportive family and great leaders have all played a key role in her success. She recognizes the importance of following one's heart and staying open to unexpected opportunities, emphasizing that young people can accomplish anything they set their minds to.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Campbell is passionate about writing and aspires to become a published author. She enjoys exploring different genres, particularly fantasy, nonfiction and devotional books. Her love for travel takes her to new states each year, where she delights in beautiful vistas and visits places like the observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona.
