Whether testifying before legislative bodies or training grassroots organizers, Ms. Christie is lauded for her ability to translate complex health policy into action and build power from the ground up.

Previously, she served as director of the Gender Equity & Health Justice Program at Community Catalyst, where she led multi-state campaigns and advised national coalitions on regulatory advocacy, maternal health access, and abortion policy. She also served on the National Advisory Committee of the Medicaid and Midwifery Learning Collaborative at the Institute for Medicaid Innovation and currently sits on the national Coalition to Expand Contraceptive Access.

Ms. Christie's early work with Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, where she managed state legislative strategy and led major organizing campaigns, cemented her reputation as a policy tactician with deep community roots. She has continued that legacy on the Board of Planned Parenthood Votes! Rhode Island, advancing reproductive rights in a post-Dobbs America.
