From his home country of India, Mr. Desai relocated to initiate his career in Nigeria, serving as the managing director of Eureka Metals Ltd. under the Primlaks Group UK from 1991 to 2000. His leadership acumen proved pivotal in expanding the company's market presence and improving its operational capabilities. While in Nigeria, Mr. Desai also succeeded as a technical project manager for Morris Nigeria Ltd. (Agrichemical UK) from 1990 to 1991, where he capably managed technical projects related to agrichemicals.

Exceptional academic accomplishments further define Mr. Desai's profile and include the completion of a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in metallurgical from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University Vadodara India in 1982. He subsequently pursued graduate studies and proudly earned a Master of Engineering in metallurgical engineering in 1977 from the same institution. Additionally, in 1987, Mr. Desai completed a Master of Science in industrial metallurgy and material science from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

To further advance his professional skills, he has committed to continuous learning and obtained certification in white belt negotiation curriculum from SPASIGMAA.
