His journey began with a 20-year tenure in the United States Air Force, where he achieved the rank of master sergeant before retiring in 2004. During his service, he was honored as the Thunderbird Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year, a testament to his exceptional contributions to the elite demonstration squadron and its positive impact on communities.

Following his military career, Mr. Brown transitioned to Lockheed Martin, where he has held several key positions over two decades. Since 2015, he has served as the team lead for the International Mobile Training Team as an F-35 Infrastructure Instructor, a role that involves global communication and coordination with various defense sectors. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2015, he was the team lead for scheduling and registrar for F-35/Joint Strike Fighter pilot and maintenance training. His earlier roles at Lockheed Martin include serving as an F15/F22 pilot training scheduler from 2005 to 2010. Equipped with a skill set that spans aircraft maintenance, supply chain management and computer administration, he is vital in supporting and maintaining efficient military operations.

Also passionate about the concept of lifelong learning, Mr. Brown contributed to academia as an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus (www.umgc.edu) from 2003 to 2005. His commitment to education and effective mentorship is further evidenced by his extensive achievements as a student, including a Master of Arts in organizational management from the University of Phoenix in 2000 and a Bachelor of Science in human resources management and personnel administration from Excelsior University in 1998. He also holds an Associate of Applied Science in airport management from the Community College of the Air Force, obtained in 1996.

To augment his knowledge and qualifications, Mr. Brown earned an executive development certificate in supply chain management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University in 2020. In addition to completing several LinkedIn courses in leadership, cloud security and team building, he is certified in CompTIA Security+ ce and bas obtained the Lean Six Sigma green belt certification. Along with the culture of family and camaraderie he experienced in the military, he attributes his success to outstanding mentors who aided in both his professional and personal growth. Now a vastly experienced professional in multiple fields himself, he is happy to share his knowledge and insights with others finding their own way.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Brown is actively involved in civic organizations such as Kiwanis International — a global volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and communities — as well as Disabled American Veterans. His commitment to community service is further demonstrated through his volunteer work with organizations like the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society and the Special Olympics. In honor of his outstanding contributions, he received the President's Volunteer Service Award in 2009.

In his personal life, Mr. Brown cherishes time spent with his family, which includes three grown children residing in Florida and a growing number of grandchildren. As he looks toward retirement after a fulfilling career with both the military and Lockheed Martin, he envisions continuing his involvement in education and community service. His future aspirations include teaching as an adjunct professor and remaining engaged with civic organizations, ensuring that he continues to make a positive impact while enjoying more time with his loved ones.
