Prior to joining BMO, Mrs. Huerth spent 16 years at Citizens Business Bank, where she excelled as VP, Treasury Management Sales Officer while also raising her daughter. Her passion for treasury management was evident during this period as she consistently delivered exceptional results and earned recognition as the organization's most valuable sales officer in 2011. Before joining Citizens Business Bank, she honed her skills during four years at Bank of America Corporation serving in many capacities one of which was as an associate client manager assisting multiple client managers in handling portfolios for middle market and large corporate clients.

Mrs. Huerth's journey into the financial sector began at a young age when she worked as a treasurer at a student-run bank during her school years, which ignited her passion for banking.

Despite lacking any further experience or even a car, she walked straight in to Bank of America and applied for a job, which led to the start of her professional career as a teller. As her resilience and determination propelled her through various roles within the organization, she eventually transitioned into business banking, a field she found particularly rewarding.

To augment her knowledge and qualifications, Mrs. Huerth completed the Manager Essentials Academy certification at BMO in 2025, equipping her with essential leadership skills that have contributed to her ongoing ascent in the industry. She attributes much of her success to the support of her husband, her perseverance and her ability to use every experience as a learning opportunity.

Happily married and a proud mother of one daughter, Mrs. Huerth enjoys traveling and scrapbooking, finding joy in exploring new places and preserving memories. Also focused on future aspirations, she aims to become certified as a treasury professional (CTP).
