As a director in group technology and operations at Deutsche Bank AG (2015–2019), he spearheaded multiple transformation multiyear initiatives that delivered a 74% reduction in production incidents, resulting in considerable cost efficiencies for the Firm.

Mr. Venditti's foundational experience as a programmer / analyst at Nynex Corporation (1986-1990), gained under valuable mentorship, was pivotal in shaping his distinctive leadership style and people management acumen. His extensive roles at Credit Suisse Group (1990-2013) further broadened his expertise across various firm functions, including capital markets and trading.

A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, cum laude, was conferred upon Mr. Venditti by Pace University in New York in 1986. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is actively involved in civic organizations, having founded and chaired the OPEN Network at Credit Suisse, the first LGBTQ network of its kind within the organization. His commitment to diversity and inclusion continued at Wells Fargo, where he co-chaired the LGBTQ+ segment for technology diversity, community, and sustainability initiatives.

Mr. Venditti is a sought-after keynote speaker and presenter at industry forums, and a participant in global technology and human rights conferences. His engagements include multiple speaking opportunities at the QA Financial Forum (2017-2022) and the Reaching Out MBA Conference (2022).

His professional contributions have garnered recognition through several accolades, including the Good Citizenship Award from Credit Suisse and the North American Testing Awards for best testing management team and best functionally automated application during his tenure at Refinitiv. While appreciating these honors, Mr. Venditti takes the greatest pride in his career longevity and sustained industry success, attributing achievements to collaborative effort.
