Ms. O'Dorisio's career journey includes significant contributions at VMware from 2019 to 2021 as an organizational development consultant and head of talent management. She also served as director of talent management and development at VMware Carbon Black for one year after spending three years at PTC in a pivotal role during the company's transformation from an on-premise organization to a modern SaaS company. As senior director of customer success talent management and director of leadership transformation, she played a crucial part in this extensive project.

Earlier in her career, Ms. O'Dorisio laid the foundation for her professional path. She held the roles of talent development manager at Bose Corporation from 2011 to 2015 and project manager for learning and development at Staples from 2007 to 2011. She particularly benefited from her time at Staples under the leadership of an early mentor, who taught her the importance of valuing and balancing both work and family.

Ms. O'Dorisio's academic background includes a Master of Education in counselor education, school counseling and guidance services from Providence College in 1998, following a bachelor's degree in philosophy and biology from Regis University in 1996. Her education has been complemented by numerous certifications, including a graduate certificate in human resources from Northeastern University, a Center for Executive Coaching Certified Executive Coach Level 1 Certificate and a Predictive Index Platform certification, among many others.
