Ms. Fabbri's career began on Fisher Island when she entered the real estate industry at 22. She became a partner at Ocean Insiders in 2004 and remained there until 2017. The firm specialized in brokerage, property management, and renovation services, capturing approximately 50% of the market on Fisher Island. Her entrepreneurial spirit also led her to establish a company to engage more Asian buyers in Miami's real estate market.

Ms. Fabbri's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in business from Florida International University. This education laid a strong foundation for her career achievements and provided her with essential skills for navigating the complexities of the real estate industry. Ms. Fabbri attributes much of her success to the guidance and inspiration from her mentors and role models.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Fabbri is involved in several industry-related organizations. She is a founding member and board member of the Miami AREAA Chapter and has served on the corporate committee board for the New World Symphony since 2020. Her leadership roles extend beyond professional circles; she was president of the Greater Miami Chapter of AREAA from 2018 to 2019 and was key in planning the AREAA Global Luxury Summit from 2016 to 2017.

Ms. Fabbri's commitment to civic engagement is evident through her support for Calibri's Children in Nicaragua, where she provides school supplies and clothing for orphaned children. She also founded the Fisher Island 5K Race, which was organized from 2011 to 2018. Her contributions to AREAA were recognized with an award at their conference in 2016.
