As a senior manager in fleet innovation and execution at Amazon Logistics, a position he has held since 2023, he leads a team that drives innovation and executes strategies for upstream teams responsible for designing or outsourcing aftermarket components to enhance vehicle performance.

Simultaneously, Mr. Du Gan serves as a managing partner at CM Capital Enterprises, where he oversees property operations, capital expenditure projects and investor relations. Additionally, he manages vendor relationships and maintains investor connections across all properties. Currently, the company manages 544 units and $36.8 million in assets across Texas and the Southeast. Mr. Du Gan has another company called Level Up Realty, which owns, manages and operates a duplex, triplex and quadruplex in Nashville. His multiple roles highlight his ability to balance responsibilities and drive success in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings.

Prior to his current positions, Mr. Du Gan was a program manager for the last-mile fleet at Amazon Logistics from 2022 to 2023. During this time, he managed strategic projects that scaled across North America and were eventually replicated in the European Union.

From 2020 to 2022, Mr. Du Gan served as manager III for last-mile fleet solutions at Amazon Logistics. His tenure in this role was marked by significant contributions to fleet maintenance and innovation, building on his previous experience as a senior program manager II in fleet innovation and maintenance, which he held in 2019. Earlier in his career, he held positions as an inbound operations manager and outbound operations manager at Amazon from 2018 to 2019, as well as a learning operations manager from 2017 to 2018. Notably, during his time as a learning manager, he traveled along the East Coast to teach continuous improvement training to various salaried leaders within the company. In recognition of his leadership abilities, Mr. Du Gan received the People Leadership Award from Amazon.

Mr. Du Gan's academic background has been instrumental in his professional achievements. He completed coursework at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education in real estate investment assets, markets, and current trends in 2024 and in leading more effective teams in 2023. He also holds an Amazon USF Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in 2023, and took a course on successful negotiation, essential strategies and skills at the University of Michigan in 2020.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Du Gan is actively involved in civic organizations. He has served as a volunteer coordinator for the Komen Milwaukee Race for the Cure and Christmas Village, contributed to building sheds with Knoxville Habitat for Humanity, tutored students at Lonsdale Elementary School, volunteered with the Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation Fund and participated as a fundraiser for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.

Mr. Du Gan's personal interests include spending time with family, hiking, skiing, exercising, fishing, hunting and volunteering. Looking ahead, he aims to ensure his real estate business performs exceptionally well by securing numerous new deals and providing desired returns for investors.
