Mr. Glickman has built a distinguished career marked by significant contributions to politics, agriculture and the entertainment industry. Since 2015, Mr. Glickman has served as a senior counselor at APCO Worldwide LLC, a global advisory and advocacy firm based in Washington, D.C.

Before joining AOCO, Mr. Glickman was the chair and chief executive officer of the Motion Picture Association of America from 2003 to 2010. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in advocating for the film industry and addressing issues related to intellectual property rights. Mr. Glickman's leadership was instrumental in strengthening the association's influence both domestically and internationally.

Between 2001 and 2003, Mr. Glickman served as the director of the Institute of Politics at the Harvard Kennedy School. In this capacity, he fostered dialogue on critical political issues and encouraged civic engagement among young leaders. Meanwhile, Mr. Glickman's commitment to public service was exemplified during his time as the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture from 1995 to 2001. In this role, he focused on food security and agricultural policies that supported both farmers and consumers.

Mr. Glickman's political career began with his election as a congressman in 1977, a position he held until 1995. Throughout his congressional tenure, he was known for his high ethical standards and integrity, earning numerous awards and recognitions for his service. Mr. Glickman was also actively involved with organizations such as the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition and The Russell Group.

Mr. Glickman's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Michigan in 1966 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from George Washington University in 1969.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Glickman has made significant contributions through his involvement with various civic organizations. He serves on the boards of World Food Program USA, Hunger Free America, the Jewish Film Festival JxJ and the Association of Former Members of Congress. Mr. Glickman's dedication to addressing hunger and promoting cultural understanding is evident in these roles.

An accomplished author, Mr. Glickman penned "Laughing at Myself: My Life in Congress, on the Farm, and at the Movies," which highlights the role of humor in his life and career. He also delivered a commencement address at Kansas State University in 2017 when he received an Honorary Doctorate.

Mr. Glickman attributes much of his success to the support of his family, particularly his wife Rhoda, who has been a constant source of encouragement throughout their marriage.
