Mr. Greenberg has established himself as a prominent figure in the real estate industry, currently serving as the broker in charge at Greenberg Real Estate LLC. Since assuming this role in 2015, he has demonstrated significant expertise in commercial leasing, management and sales consulting, retail commercial properties, land, and single-family houses. His dedication to his profession is evident through his commitment to assisting businesses in their growth and development, thereby enhancing the community's quality of life.

Mr. Greenberg's professional journey began with internships and law clerk positions that laid the foundation for his future endeavors. In 2002, he interned with The Honorable C. Weston Houck at the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. This was followed by roles as a law clerk at Aiken Bridges Law in 2003 and Buyck Law Firm LLC in 2006. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as a volunteer at the Charleston County Public Defender's Office in South Carolina during the same year.

Transitioning into the real estate business right before the Great Recession was about to hit, Mr. Greenberg served as a Realtor® and broker associate with Prudential Carolina Real Estate from 2007 to 2008 before the company went private and became Carolina One Real Estate in 2008. He then expanded his expertise by working with Brand Name Real Estate from 2013 to 2015. Concurrently, he contributed as a consultant for Corporate Properties LLC and MGL Development Co., assuming both positions in 2013 and continuing today in conjunction with his current role.

A graduate of Woodberry Forest School, Mr. Greenberg's academic background also includes a Bachelor of Arts in English with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001. He is proud of writing and successfully defending an honors thesis as part of his coursework at UNC-Chapel Hill and of graduating with honors. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Joseph F. Rice School of Law, completed at the University of South Carolina in 2005.

Complementing his degrees, Mr. Greenberg holds an At Home with Diversity Certification from the National Association of REALTORS and the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation from The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council. He also completed course requirements for the Property Management Licensing Course with the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS, among other designations in his field. Furthering his industry prominence, he maintains membership in organizations, including the Pee Dee Realtor Association (where he served in the past on the board of directors and as the Treasurer), Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Greenberg is an Eagle Scout and a brother of Zeta Beta Tau. He is actively involved in civic work, such as the Florence County DSN Board, Beth Israel, and the Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs of Florence. His contributions extend to having served on the board of directors for Greater Florence Habitat for Humanity, trustee of Beth Israel Congregation and participating as a dancer/fundraiser for The School Foundation in Florence.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Greenberg is an avid musician and songwriter. A multi-instrumentalist, he began playing guitar at age eight and added vocals, bass guitar, drums, piano, harmonica and xylophone to his repertoire. He has written songs since childhood and has recorded and performed extensively, both as a solo artist and with various friends/bands, including The Magnadoors and Green Tangerine, which are rock and roll ensembles. He has released several albums throughout his life, played on other people's songs and albums, and performed at numerous venues.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Greenberg attributes his success to his faith in God, his family's support, his work, and his passion. Despite hardships in his life, he has maintained a positive attitude and overcome them all. As he continues to grow his brokerage and property portfolio, he remains committed to contributing to various community organizations.
