Day to day, she ensures the smooth operation of the business as the health services director while also dedicating her time to seeing clients as a therapist. Mrs. Strigotte's journey in mental health began with a personal commitment to helping others, a passion that has been a guiding force throughout her career. Through her experience, she became an expert in addressing disabilities in young adolescents, young adults, neurocognitive studies and trauma-focused therapies, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy. Mrs. Strigotte also offers services to meet the unique needs of veterans.

Before establishing her own practice, Mrs. Strigotte served as a mental health counselor from 2022 to 2024 and as a mental health therapist between 2019 and 2022. Her dedication to understanding and treating attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder was influenced by her daughter's experiences with the condition, which led her to pursue a master's degree in clinical counseling. This academic achievement, along with her bachelor's degree in business and marketing with a focus on organizational psychology from the University of Phoenix, has equipped her with the skills necessary for her success. Along with her degrees, she also holds several specialty certifications, including training in post-traumatic stress disorder, eye movement and desensitization and reprocessing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and integrative psychology.

As an involved professional in the mental health industry, Mrs. Strigotte holds membership with the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the American Association of Christian Counselors and the CDA Chamber. For her achievements, she has been recognized through various awards in networking, branding, consulting, additional exposure and document legacy. Along with her professional work, Mrs. Strigotte is committed to helping others in her community through her extensive volunteer work with organizations such as the American Red Cross since 2003 and fundraising efforts for Ronald McDonald House Charities from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, she has contributed as head coach for the Temecula Valley Soccer Association Inc. and Rancho Community Christian School.
