As the owner and lead landscape designer at Verde Gardens LLC since 2002, she has dedicated more than two decades to delivering expert landscape consultation, custom design plans, horticultural coaching and specialty pruning of small trees and shrubs. Her recognized expertise in both arboriculture and horticulture includes over 20 years of membership in the International Society of Arboriculture. She is also a current member of the Washington Association of Landscape Professionals.

Ms. LeMoine's career is marked by a commitment to excellence and a talent for transforming outdoor spaces into extraordinary gardens. Four of her garden designs have been showcased on city garden tours—a testament to her creativity and the high standards of her work. Her deep knowledge across various aspects of horticulture and landscape design continues to make her a highly sought-after professional.

Before founding her business, Ms. LeMoine earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication design from the University of Illinois. She later pursued her passion for horticulture by obtaining an associate degree in technical arts in landscape design and ornamental horticulture from Edmonds College in 2002.

In 2004, she became an ISA Certified Arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture, reflecting her dedication to industry standards and ongoing professional development. Her determination and perseverance have been instrumental in navigating challenges throughout her career.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. LeMoine has actively contributed to civic organizations aligned with her horticultural interests. She served for six years as a parks and recreation commissioner for the City of Lake Forest Park and volunteered for a decade with the WSU Master Gardener Program, where she provided horticultural guidance to the public.

Outside of her career, Ms. LeMoine is a devoted mother of two sons. She enjoys gardening, music, exploring and traveling in her free time. Looking ahead, she plans to focus on designing more specialty high-end gardens that allow for greater creative expression and innovation through expanded budgets.
