Her career evolved across leadership roles at Ameriprise Financial from 1998 to 2006 and Thrivent Financial from 2006 to 2023, where she served as a licensed assistant, national trainer, quality of advice consultant, operational effectiveness consultant, regional partner and financial advisor. Whether training advisors on client service models or coaching entire teams on systems that support scale, Ms. Benko's focus has always been the same — streamline operations, empower individuals, and elevate the client experience.

Recognizing the importance of equipping others in the field, Ms. Benko co-founded 360 Consulting, a division of Entirety Wealth Solutions. As the lead consultant, she works with other financial planning firms to prepare them to scale by developing repeatable processes. Ms. Benko believes the support roles are the most underserved in the industry and is on a mission to change this. In response to this, in 2024, Ms. Benko developed and launched ELITE Support Bootcamp. This program is tailored specifically to support professionals with a mission to elevate acumen and help them deliver more strategic value to the advisors and clients they serve.

Ms. Benko is known for creating roles and systems that align with individual strengths, foster team accountability, and keep advisors focused on client-facing, revenue-generating activities. As a commitment to her field, Ms. Benko holds several professional designations, including certification as a Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA™), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®). In her personal life, Ms. Benko finds joy in spending time with her family, outdoor activities such as boating, hiking, and training her dog, Mr. Karl.
