He led this venture until 2022, during which time he also served as a business unit leader for three years. Mr. Cory's commitment to placing others before himself and helping those in need has been a guiding principle throughout his life and career. This ethos was further demonstrated during his tenure as the general manager at Service Legends Inc. from 2004 to 2014, during which he honed his leadership and management acumen. His equally vital educational background, which includes an Associate of Science in construction engineering from Des Moines Area Community College in 2004, provided him with the technical knowledge to excel in the construction industry and laid the groundwork for his entrepreneurial endeavors.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Cory is deeply involved in his community as a football and wrestling coach at Roosevelt Middle School and a wrestling coach at Hempstead High School.
