SALINAS, CA, July 17, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- David Alexander Renard has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Renard, president of the RPM Team, a turnkey program management firm in Salinas, California, has established himself as a prominent figure in architecture, engineering, and program management. Since 2020, he has led the company by focusing on expediting projects funded by public resources, ensuring they are completed within specific timeframes to avoid forfeiture of funds or to hit completions before harsh seasons. Mr. Renard's expertise extends to managing military recovery projects and various federal-based initiatives.

RPM Team, which stands for Rapid Program Management, is a veteran-owned business founded by Mr. Renard's father. RPM Team collaborates with cities, counties, government agencies and non-profit organizations, often providing pro-bono services to support grant applications for shelters. Mr. Renard and his father also handle many military projects related to recovery and infrastructure. Additionally, they are involved in various federal-based projects. Under Mr. Renard's leadership, the organization has achieved significant milestones, including completing California's first three-story shipping container homeless shelter and designing COVID hospitals in Los Angeles for the Army Corps of Engineers in 2021.

Mr. Renard previously served Zenith Engineers Inc. as vice president of sales and partnerships from 2019 to 2020. In this capacity, he was instrumental in forging strategic alliances and expanding the company's market reach and rapidly growing the firm to become INC 5000's fastest growing engineering firm. Mr. Renard also excelled as the western manager at Spring Instant Structures between 2012 and 2019, overseeing operations and project management across the region.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Renard graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and business in 2008.

Beyond his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Renard is deeply involved in professional and civic activities. He has served as the program director and chair of the San Francisco Post for the Society of American Military Engineers since 2018 and has been the young member chair since that same year. Moreover, Mr. Renard is committed to building housing for people experiencing homelessness and engaging in pro-bono work with nonprofits. His contributions also included public speaking engagements as a guest speaker at the Urban Land Institute Homelessness Summit in 2022 and 2023.

Mr. Renard's professional journey is marked by his commitment to mission-focused projects to address homelessness and fast-tracked construction initiatives. His work has garnered recognition, including the American Public Works Association's Most Impactful Public Facility Award for the Huntington Beach Navigation Center in 2021. Mr. Renard attributes his success to a strong network and the influence of his father, a mission-focused Christian veteran who serves as chief executive officer of RPM Team. This familial partnership has been pivotal in shaping Mr. Renard's approach to leadership and project execution.

Driven by a mission to positively impact others' lives through purposeful work, Mr. Renard envisions influencing government policies to optimize budget allocations for shelter construction. He aims to achieve this goal through public speaking or potentially serving as a cabinet member in the executive branch of government. His dedication to these goals reflects his desire to create sustainable solutions for housing challenges while advocating for efficient use of resources.
