Prior to his current position, Mr. Kreeley served as an engineer II at Network Building + Consulting LLC from 2019 to 2023. During this time, he honed his skills in engineering design and project management, contributing significantly to the company's success. Previously, Mr. Kreeley was a design engineer at Universal Concrete Products from 2016 to 2019, where he gained valuable experience in concrete design and application.

Mr. Kreeley's career began with three six-month Drexel co-ops, with the first as a sample research analyst at the Philadelphia Water Department in 2013, further solidifying his interest in civil engineering. The latter two co-ops were at the Bridge Division of the Philadelphia Streets Department between 2014 to 2015, where he worked as a designer and draftsman. This role provided him with foundational knowledge in bridge design and drafting techniques.

As a commitment to his field, Mr. Kreeley earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Drexel University in 2016, followed by a master's degree in civil engineering at the same institution, which he earned in 2019. Both degrees focused on structural engineering concentrations. Additionally, he holds several certifications, including licensure as a professional engineer in both Pennsylvania and Maryland, having obtained these credentials in 2022 and 2024, respectively. Mr. Kreeley also holds a professional civil engineer certification from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying and earned an engineer-in-training designation in 2016.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Kreeley is actively involved in several respected organizations. He is a member of the Order of the Engineer, a national organization that promotes ethics and professionalism in engineering practice, and the American Society of Civil Engineers, a leading organization that advances the civil engineering profession through technical and educational resources. Mr. Kreeley has also participated in the Drexel Concrete Canoe Team and Drexel DEI: Dragons for Excellence and Inspiration.
