Both of these experiences allowed him to hone his skills in engineering lifts for girder erection, creating blueprints and performing quantity control on various projects.

Mr. La Rosa's initial tenure at Fehr Graham involved a surveyor internship in 2016, during which he worked in construction staking and presented projects to city councils and public forums. To complement his early experience, he successfully earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University in 2021 and a certificate in leadership studies from the same institution.

Determined to remain at the forefront of his field and maintain best practices in land surveying, Mr. La Rosa is an active member of the Society of Land Surveyors of Iowa. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is involved in community empowerment programs and humanitarian efforts through his association with Advancing Modern Professionals for Tomorrow (now AMP'T), serving on the Parks and Recreation Commission, and as the president of the Rotary Club, showcasing his commitment to making a significant impact in all aspects of his life.
