SACRAMENTO, CA, July 25, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- David R. Anderson, MD, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Dr. Anderson has established himself as a distinguished interventional cardiologist at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, North Valley, where he has served since 2022. His expertise in treating heart attacks and performing emergency procedures to open arteries has been pivotal in managing one of the highest volumes of heart attack patients in California, consistently achieving excellent outcomes through a collaborative team-based approach.

Extending his role at Kaiser Permanente beyond his clinical duties, Dr. Anderson is the director of cardiac catheterization education, organizing weekly educational conferences and developing comprehensive curricula for continuing medical education credits. Also up for election to become a partner of the company in fall 2025, he played a key role in implementing the first microvascular coronary testing program in Sacramento Valley, deepening his fulfillment in giving back to the community where he acquired his foundational medical knowledge.

Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, Dr. Anderson completed an extensive educational journey that began with a Master of Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2009. To augment his knowledge and professional qualifications, Dr. Anderson is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. Happily married, Dr. Anderson enjoys an active lifestyle with interests in triathlons, yoga, biking, cooking and traveling. In the coming years, he envisions taking a leadership role in developing a comprehensive cardiovascular hub at Kaiser Permanente's upcoming tertiary care medical center in downtown North Valley.
