In this role, she honed her skills in strategic planning and employee relations, contributing significantly to the company's operational success and growth. From 2022 to 2023, she was a Senior Human Resources Manager at 22nd Century Group, where she played a pivotal role in coordinating all HR policies and procedures and oversaw the implementation of a new payroll system, and the final merger of another organization in a highly regulated industry.

Ms. Klimuszka's career began with foundational roles that shaped her organizational development skills across various industries. From 2020 to 2022, she was an HR Specialist at Frontier Science & Technology Research Foundation Inc., a nonprofit clinical trial and research entity where she further developed her expertise in HR policies and procedures on a domestic and international scale. Her earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Rummel, Klepper & Kahl (RK&K) from 2017 to 2020, an On-Premise Account Recruiting Manager at Aerotek in 2017 and a Regional Supervisor at Superior Group from 2016 to 2017. Each of these roles equipped her with valuable experience in talent development, auditing and performance evaluation.

Before venturing onto her vocational path, Ms. Klimuszka laid a strong foundation for her successful career by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University at Buffalo in 2015. During this period, she also gained vital early working experience as a marketing and promotions intern for the school's athletics department from 2013 to 2015. To augment her knowledge and qualifications, she was certified as a human resource management professional (SHRM-CP) by the Society for Human Resource Management in 2019 and is also certified in compensation metrics and analysis by Cornell University.

To share insights and stay aware of the latest developments within her field, Ms. Klimuszka is actively involved in organizations such as the National Human Resources Association of Western New York, the Society for Human Resource Management and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Committed to helping others beyond her professional life, she was a note taker for the Accessibility Resource Center at the University at Buffalo and served as a student mentor for the School of Management Career Resource Center during her time at the university.
