The mobile ticket initiative, which was expedited due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resulted in a remarkable 90% adoption rate among season ticket holders. Mr. Heston was an integral part of the team to launch the program at Citizens Bank Park.

Affiliated with the Philadelphia Phillies since 2007, Mr. Heston was initially hired as a ticket office representative from 2007 to 2015 before being named coordinator of ticket operations and services between 2016 and 2018. Before being acquired full-time, Mr. Heston completed an internship with the professional baseball team, where he gained valuable experience in general ticket sales and community initiatives.

Aside from his commitments to the Phillies, Mr. Heston's diverse background includes serving as a referee for both U.S. Soccer since 1997 and the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association since 2014. He also excelled with the Philadelphia Eagles as a game day employee from 2006 to 2007.

Throughout his career, Mr. Heston has greatly benefited from mentorship within the Phillies organization.
