Mr. Anderson is a distinguished leader, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Strategic Pricing and Offering Management at SAS since 2021. Renowned for his analytical rigor and transformative leadership, he spearheads a high-performing team that partners with executive and senior level stakeholders across operations, finance, legal, strategy, sales, and product management. Before joining SAS, Mr. Anderson held pivotal roles that shaped pricing strategies across the technology and logistics sectors. As Principal of Pricing Strategy at Omnitracs (2020–2021), he applied his deep pricing knowledge to optimize the offering strategy and enhance their pricing frameworks supporting the trucking and logistics ecosystem. Prior to that, he served as Director of Strategic Pricing at Commvault (2018–2020), where he led a comprehensive overhaul of the company's pricing architecture. His initiatives were widely recognized by alliance and channel partners and contributed to Commvault earning the prestigious Technology Partner of the Year Award from HPE.

Mr. Anderson's tenure at EMC (2010–2018) was marked by a series of high-impact initiatives. He was instrumental in crafting a disruptive pricing model for XtremIO, which became the fastest product in EMC's history to surpass $1 billion in revenue. Additionally, he synthesized the international pricing and FX strategy balancing FX risk, market conditions, and long-term price stability as well as led initiatives on competitive pricing intelligence, EMC's software products and emerging technology offerings, and driving margin improvements. This work, collaborating with amazing individuals across EMC and within the Strategic Pricing division, laid the groundwork for his strategic acumen.

His entry into the pricing domain was both serendipitous and strategic. After gaining foundational experience at Investors Bank & Trust, continuing at State Street after the merger (2006–2010), a chance conversation led him to EMC's internal consulting team within Strategic Pricing—an inflection point that launched a career defined by innovation, resilience, and impact.

Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University (with a concentration in the Political Economy), where he honed the critical thinking and problem-solving skills that underpin his professional success. He is also a graduate of the McKinsey Black Executive Leadership Program, further enhancing his executive leadership capabilities.

Beyond the boardroom, Mr. Anderson is a dedicated civic leader and mentor. He has served on the board of the Albert Hamilton Brown Bridge the Gap Scholarship Fund since 2012, supporting underrepresented college students. Previously he spent over 10-years supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay along with several years coaching at the Jim Calhoun Basketball Camp at UCONN and serving on the Director's Council at Excel Charter School in East Boston. His consistent involvement with youth sports and education initiatives reflect his deep commitment to community empowerment through mentoring, coaching, and leadership/governance of organizations sharing similar values.

Mr. Anderson's contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including the Most Valuable Internal Partner Award most recently in 2023, and multiple recognitions for excellence during his time at Investors Bank, State Street, EMC, and Omnitracs. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his family, travelling, competitive sports, and the pursuit of great food.
