COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, August 06, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kevin Clark has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Clark has built a distinguished career spanning 25 years in analytics, investigations and digital forensics, marked by innovation and leadership across both public and private sectors. Since 2024, he has served as vice president of analytics and investigations at Tranquility AI, where he leads the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions designed to revolutionize crime solving for law enforcement agencies nationwide. His work at Tranquility AI represents the culmination of decades of analytical expertise, technical education and hands-on investigative experience.
From 2021 to 2024, Mr. Clark was the director of the crime strategies and intelligence unit at Colorado's 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office. He founded this unit from its inception, making it the first district attorney's office in Colorado to integrate an analyst into its operations. Under his leadership, the unit collaborated with all jurisdictions within the 4th Judicial District — including police departments, sheriff's offices and federal agencies — to address major crimes ranging from homicides and kidnappings to mass shootings and threats against political figures.
Mr. Clark pioneered the use of digital forensics analysis in this context, analyzing cellphone data to determine suspects' locations, communications and contacts, as well as investigating illegal activities such as gun trading and crimes against children. He was also the first to analyze vehicle data — akin to an airplane's black box — to identify critical evidence in homicide investigations, a practice now adopted nationwide.
From 2013 to 2021, Mr. Clark held the position of senior criminal intelligence analyst with the Colorado Springs Police Department. In this role, he specialized in digital forensics analysis, supporting investigations into violent crime, narcotics trafficking and organized criminal activity. His expertise enabled law enforcement to extract actionable intelligence from digital devices and vehicles, significantly enhancing investigative outcomes.
Prior to his civilian career, Mr. Clark served honorably in the United States Air Force for nearly a decade, attaining the rank of technical sergeant (E-6). His military service included roles in intelligence analysis and communications technology, where he earned recognition for excellence as Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for the 544th Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Group in 2011, Airman of the Year at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center in 2007 and Intelligence Airman of the Year for the 552d Air Control Wing in 2006.
Mr. Clark is widely recognized as an expert in digital forensics analysis — a distinction achieved through rigorous training, practical application and ongoing professional development. His foundational academic journey includes a Master of Science in management with a concentration in project management from Colorado Technical University in 2011, a Bachelor of Arts in homeland security from American Military University in 2010 and an Associate of Applied Science in communications applications technology from Community College of the Air Force-Air University awarded in 2005. To expand his knowledge and qualifications, he has earned certificates in Microsoft relational databases, cybercrime analysis and digital forensic analysis, all from American Military University.
Along with his education, Mr. Clark credits his success to steadfast support from supervisors who guided him through challenging periods as well as unwavering encouragement from his wife. His entry into the AI sector was shaped by a pivotal moment at a nonprofit dinner where he rendered lifesaving aid during a medical emergency — an event that led to a professional relationship with his future chief executive officer at Tranquility AI. This connection ultimately provided him with opportunities to contribute feedback on innovative law enforcement technologies before joining the company to demonstrate its software capabilities nationwide.
Also passionate about civic initiatives, Mr. Clark serves as a community advisory committee member for the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments and has been a board member for the Police Foundation of Colorado Springs since 2022. Equally determined to impact future generations, he held the role of board vice president for Banning Lewis Academy under ACCEL Schools LLC from 2022 to 2025 and is a guest lecturer at Pikes Peak State College. Furthermore, he has volunteered with various charitable enterprises including Ronald McDonald House Charities, Habitat for Humanity International and March of Dimes.
Along with his decorated service in the Air Force, Mr. Clark has been recognized for outstanding contributions in the Colorado Springs area through numerous accolades, including the Justice Award from Colorado's 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office in 2024. He was further honored with a department commendation in 2021 and the Civilian of the Year award in 2020, both from Colorado Springs Police Department.
Happily married and a proud father of three daughters, Mr. Clark cherishes time spent with his family and enjoys woodworking alongside his youngest daughter. Looking ahead, he envisions Tranquility AI becoming widely recognized among law enforcement agencies while remaining deeply involved with his daughters' lives as they reach new milestones together. His career reflects his unwavering dedication to public safety innovation, civic endeavors and family — qualities that continue to define his impact within his field and throughout his community.
