She worked as a benefits coordinator at ARCO/Murray from 2018 to 2021, following an initial role as a benefits assistant in 2018. Previously, she served as a human resources manager at Pacific Uniforms from 2017 to 2018 and as a benefits specialist at Whelan Security from 2015 to 2017. Her extensive experience in these roles laid the foundation for her current success.

Ms. Courter's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in human resources management and services from Webster University, which she completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in speech communication from Southern Illinois University, which she earned in 2014. She attributes much of her success to the support she receives from her hometown community, which has been instrumental in her professional growth.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Courter is actively involved in civic activities.
