Mr. Milota's journey into the culinary world began at a young age when he worked at an Italian restaurant owned by a Greek immigrant who successfully operated several restaurant chains. At just 15 years old, Mr. Milota learned the intricacies of Italian cuisine from three seasoned Sicilian chefs. This early exposure ignited his lifelong passion for Italian food. Additionally, his athletic background played a significant role in shaping his career path.

Also in his early career, Mr. Milota explored and worked in sports nutrition, inspired by his baseball scholarship and tenure playing semi-professional football. His tenure in the sports nutrition industry included roles as the director of sales at Applied Nutriceuticals from 2009 to 2014, a promotion he is particularly proud of, and as vice president of sales at Momentum Sports Group the following year.

Mr. Milota's academic background includes coursework in business management at Kalamazoo Valley Community College in 1997. In addition to his formal education, he also holds certifications in CPR and first aid. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys deer hunting with his father, watching football, and cooking with his girlfriend as hobbies.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Milota is actively involved in civic work and community service. He served as a volunteer firefighter for Duxbury Fire and Rescue from 2012 to 2016. His dedication extends to supporting local schools through fundraising activities and volunteering with the Siren Chamber of Commerce and local police associations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Milota has received numerous accolades recognizing his contributions and leadership.
