His Visa career encompassed multiple senior roles, including President of Visa Global Services Inc. and leadership of the company's Large and Middle Market Commercial Solutions division.

Before Visa, Mr. Koenigsberg served as Chief Revenue Officer at Traxpay, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a major player in payments and supply chain technology. His earlier career includes significant leadership positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Managing Director, where he leveraged his expertise in treasury management products and sales to manage global corporate banking for multinationals, and a decade-long tenure at JPMorgan Chase & Co., both in Europe/Asia and the U.S., leading Transaction Banking businesses for Corporates and FI's.

Notably, during this time, his leadership with the U.S. Treasury and US Armed Forces led the pivotal "Cash Off the Battlefield" initiative during the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts, replacing cash payments with local currency to aid economic stabilization in conflict regions. During these efforts, he resided in Armed Forces bases in the area. He ultimately received two challenge coins (rare for non enlisted) from the U.S. Army Central Command, Finance Command, and Forward Theatre Command groups.

Mr. Koenigsberg began his career at American Express in 1989, where he spent nearly 15 years developing expertise in payments, operations, and banking. Notable achievements during this period include developing accounts receivable conversion systems (ARC) that revolutionized electronic payments.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Mr. Koenigsberg demonstrates significant commitment to industry thought leadership, mentorship, and philanthropy. He also serves as an Editorial Board member for Trade, Treasury, and Payments, an independent media platform serving the global trade, treasury, and payments community. Additionally, he holds an advisory board position with Cardlay, a global leader in commercial card and spend management solutions, where his expertise supports the company's expansion into the U.S. market. Mr. Koenigsberg's entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond financial services through his role as founder and CEO of Milton Ventures Media. This production company has gained recognition for creating award-winning film and television content, including the acclaimed 2019 film "From Zero to I Love You." He is currently the co-producer on a documentary which will premiere at the Venice International Film Festival (Cinematografica della Biennale di Venezia).

His educational foundation includes a Master of Business Administration in business and marketing from Nova Southeastern University and a study in diplomacy from Boston University.
