Having grown up in a family immersed in the construction realm, Ms. Mason knew from a young age that she wanted to be involved in the field as well. Combined with her academic background — a Bachelor of Arts in English from Seattle University — she equipped herself with diverse perspectives that she has leveraged to excel in the industry.

Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, Ms. Mason continued her scholastic journey with coursework toward a Master of Science in marketing at Southern New Hampshire University and a certificate in marketing management from the University of Washington in 2011, both of which have been pivotal in shaping her strategic approach to business development and client relations. Along with her education, she attributes much of her success at Red Team Go to the consistent delivery of high-quality work by her team, which has built the company's reputation and fueled its growth from a multi-state business initially into a national enterprise today.

She is a member of BuildIT, the world's largest industry organization focused on LGBTQ-owned businesses, and serves on the board of the California Infrastructure Delivery Coalition. Her dedication to these causes is further reflected in her civic involvement as president of the Snohomish Historical Society and her collaboration with DemoChicks, which empowers women to break into working fields that have historically been closed to them.

In recognition of both her professional and community contributions, Ms. Mason was honored with the Build Community Impact Award by BuildIT in 2025 and was named one of Engineering News-Record's Northwest Top Young Professionals Under 40 in 2024.
