By the age of 15, he was already managing small projects, and by 18 he was overseeing new construction and foundation work. This early exposure instilled in him a profound understanding of the industry as well as day-to-day business operation.

After working as a laborer and foreman at Action Construction, Mr. Walsh advanced to the role of project manager. In 2015, seeking to broaden his expertise, he left the family business in 2015 to gain experience with other companies. This period allowed him to develop invaluable skills in disaster relief, particularly in response to hurricanes and floods across Florida. His dedication and pursuit of knowledge led him to earn various certifications and eventually return to Action Construction as president, succeeding his father and proudly continuing his family's legacy.

As president of Action Construction, Mr. Walsh has been pivotal in expanding the company's operations across Florida and Texas while overseeing all aspects of the business, from daily operations to financial decisions. His leadership approach is characterized by frequent production meetings that foster communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring that everyone has a voice in a healthy and efficient working environment.

Determined to maintain the highest standards and stay at the forefront of the construction field, Mr. Walsh is a member of several organizations including Gold Coast Schools of Construction, Institute of Inspection Cleaning, Restoration, and Certification (IICRC) and the National Organization of Remediators and Microbial Inspectors. Furthermore, he is associated with the International Code Council (ICC), the Federal Bar Council and Restoration Technical Institute (RTI), highlighting his desire to make an impact through various industry avenues.

His volunteer work extends to hurricane relief efforts, where he is passionate about helping individuals and families affected by natural disasters.

Mr. Walsh's achievements in advancing Action Construction have been recognized with numerous accolades over the years, with the company being named as a "Top Performer" in the Southeastern United States and honored for its quick and efficient estimate upload times. Additionally, he received the Golden Hammer Award in honor of his outstanding service to his community and industry.

The son of Dan Walsh and Janeen Walsh, Mr. Walsh is happily married to Suray Walsh and a proud father of five children (Andy, Jackson, Zoe, Lincoln and Theo). He cherishes time spent with his family, particularly going on boating trips, enjoying golf cart rides with family and visiting Disney World.
