She progressed through a series of roles, including assistant director and investment manager at MECU of Baltimore in 2006, vice president of finance at Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union from 2016 to 2018 and chief financial officer at DSP Federal Credit Union and Resource One Credit Union between 2018 and 2024. In 2024, Ms. Jackson was appointed as the chief executive officer of the Treasury Department Federal Credit Union, where she led the organization through complex regulatory challenges and strategic growth initiatives.

Early in her career, Ms. Jackson pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in finance from Morgan State University in 2005. She then pursued a Master of Science in financial management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, graduating in 2011. In addition to her degrees, Ms. Jackson also holds the Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor designation, further underscoring her expertise in guiding individuals toward financial wellness.
