Prior to being promoted to her current position, Ms. Riley was an account delivery leader at Gainwell Technologies LLC from 2020 to 2022, where she honed her skills in overseeing account performance and delivery. For the preceding four years, she served as a principal program manager at the same company. Before joining Gainwell Technologies LLC, she was a director supporting Oracle PeopleSoft enterprise resource planning applications.

Ms. Riley's early career includes significant leadership roles as director of enterprise resource planning at the Texas Department of Transportation from 2014 to 2015. Her extensive experience with Xerox Services (formerly ACS) from 1997 to 2014 saw her rise through the ranks from senior account manager to regional vice president and general manager of the central and eastern regions. Earlier in her journey, she gained valuable experience as a program manager and director of technical development and systems manager at Unisys from 1989 to 1997. Her introduction into information technology began in 1986 when she entered and ultimately graduated from the EDS System Engineering Development program.

Of all her accomplishments, Ms. Riley's most notable achievement was developing a revolutionary system in the 1990s that allowed pharmacies to receive payments quickly for medications provided to Medicaid members. This system processed claims online within 30 seconds, significantly reducing the reimbursement time that was previously 30 to 45 days.

Ms. Riley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in computer science, business administration and physical education from Austin College, where she graduated in 1984. Additionally, she holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, Inc., which has been instrumental in her ability to lead projects effectively.

In her free time, Ms. Riley prioritizes spending quality time with her grandchildren. As she plans for the future, she looks forward to slowing down and enjoying more personal time on her property in Wisconsin while considering ways to support her family and grandchildren's future endeavors.
