Mr. Kesler subsequently joined United Telephone System, where he dedicated five years to developing foundational skills that would serve as the bedrock for his future leadership roles.

For more than 20 years, Mr. Kesler has been employed by T-Mobile USA Inc. Since 2004, he has been a manager of information technology (IT) compliance and technology risk and compliance at T-Mobile USA Inc., a position he continues to hold. Since 2020, he has also served as a manager of technology risk and regulatory IT compliance at Sprint/T-Mobile. In these roles, Mr. Kesler is responsible for handling escalations, collaborating with business applications on the IT side of technology, and leveraging artificial intelligence models, such as ChatGPT, for data analysis and insights. He also conducts weekly one-on-one training sessions with employees, focusing on their goals and performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Mr. Kesler's earlier career included a series of increasingly responsible positions with Sprint, beginning as a data operations manager from 1983 to 1988, where he oversaw critical operational functions and contributed to the company's technological advancements. His expertise led to his appointment as a data communications and network operations manager, a position he held until 1995. Between 1995 and 1996, Mr. Kesler served as a network services manager at Sprint, further honing his leadership abilities and technical acumen. Over the next 25 years, he continually advanced into the roles of sales support manager, training specialist II, and technology support engineer III.

Following high school, Mr. Kesler completed college coursework. He holds an agile 6.0 certified designation through the Scaled Agile Framework, underscoring his commitment to staying current with industry best practices. Mr. Kesler's professional affiliations include membership in AFCEA International and serving as co-lead of the Veterans and Allies Network. These associations reflect his commitment to industry advancement and support for veterans within the workforce. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Kesler is actively involved in civic initiatives, such as the Veterans Community Project and Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, and volunteering at local food pantries.

Throughout his career at T-Mobile, Mr. Kesler has demonstrated exceptional leadership by growing his team from two members to as many as 50 engineers. He is particularly proud of mentoring staff, facilitating brainstorming sessions, and guiding team members through interviews and certification processes. Mr. Kesler's dedication to staff development was particularly notable, as he helped employees adapt to evolving technologies, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In light of his success, Mr. Kesler received a Leadership and Action Award from T-Mobile and the Three Cheers Award. He attributes his success to persistence, love and care for others, accountability, responsibility and his positive attitude. Looking ahead, Mr. Kesler plans to pursue a financial education program at T-Mobile to expand his knowledge of credit risk and taxes while seeking greater involvement in various aspects of business operations.
