She hosts weekly check-in meetings, coordinates with supply chain teams, and ensures that external relationships remain strong. She is also responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and supporting partners to maintain seamless production.

Ms. Fox takes particular pride in leading Kiva's operational entry into the hemp market. She adapted her skills from the cannabis sector to work with experienced distributors to integrate startup technologies and economic strategies into larger organizations. She regards her role in transforming edible delivery from a nascent idea into a widespread reality as one of her most significant professional achievements.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Fox served as senior manager of expansion operations at the same company from 2022 to 2024. In this role, she collaborated closely with the mergers and acquisitions team to develop criteria for selecting co-manufacturing partners. When she joined Kiva Confections in 2021 as operations manager for expansion markets, the company had four partnerships; under her leadership, this number grew to 15 national partnerships.

Before joining Kiva Confections, Ms. Fox spent three years at MedMen, a leading cannabis company. Beginning in 2020, she was a manufacturing manager in Desert Hot Springs, California, where she led the company's California manufacturing facility. As commercialization manager for the preceding year in Culver City, California, she oversaw product launches and operational scaling efforts into Nevada, Arizona, New York and Florida. Her earlier roles at MedMen included serving as GPMO program manager and executive assistant for product development and innovation. In her time at MedMen, Miss Fox had a hand in launching 100+ SKUs for the company.

Ms. Fox's professional experience extends beyond the cannabis industry. From 2016 to 2018, she was operations manager at Kimo Sabe Mezcal. She began her professional journey as a business operations specialist at McMaster-Carr in Norwalk, California, from 2014 to 2015.

Throughout her career, Ms. Fox has been recognized for her leadership and commitment to excellence. She received the Craftsmanship Award from Kiva Confections in 2024 and has been honored as a COCOA Award winner multiple times by the same organization.

Ms. Fox's educational background has played a pivotal role in shaping her career path. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and English literature from the University of Redlands. She further broadened her global perspective through coursework in international relations and affairs during a Spanish immersion program at Universitat de Barcelona in Spain. Her bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish has enabled her to build strong relationships across diverse markets.
