OXFORD, MI, August 19, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Danielle K. Ballard, CEO, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mrs. Ballard-Wright has established herself as a pioneering force in agricultural engineering, organic aquaculture and organic aquaponics, most notably through her leadership as chief executive officer of Wright's Organic's since 2023. In this capacity, she has spearheaded the development and implementation of advanced water structuring technology that fundamentally transforms food cultivation. Her patented innovation enables the growth of organic crops without reliance on pesticides or chemical nutrients, utilizing an all-water system that typically requires constant pH and chemical rebalancing. By employing frequency-encoded structured water — referred to as intelligent water — her process leverages copper and 24-karat gold arranged in precise geometric patterns to generate large-scale vibrations, naturally revitalizing and restructuring water and cellular life. This approach has been validated through rigorous biological and chemical testing, confirming measurable improvements in water and cellular structure.
At Wright's Organic's, Mrs. Ballard-Wright begins her workday before dawn, tending to animals and meticulously monitoring the aquaculture tanks that house shrimp. She oversees every aspect of the farm's operations, from feeding chickens and ducks to pruning vegetation, checking PH levels in the vertical farming systems she designed utilizing a 3D Printer and her Engineering background. Her daily responsibilities include activating a biofrequency unit that stabilizes water pH and frequency, eliminating contaminants and ensuring optimal conditions for both plant and animal health. The shrimp farming environment she created is engineered to optimize cellular integrity, nutrient absorption and resilience, resulting in low mortality rates and a uniquely organic product. My proprietary Technology uses calibrated electromagnetic resonance within structured water to enhance shrimp health at scale. Unlike speculative fringe devices, Wright's is patent-protected, rigorously engineered, and fully integrated into our vertical closed-loop system, giving us a measurable, defensible biological performance edge."Mrs. Ballard-Wright's vision extends beyond farming, as she is committed to building self-sustaining ecosystems with aspirations for national and global expansion, promoting healthier communities through access to clean, organic food."
In addition to her executive role at Wright's Organic's, Mrs. Ballard-Wright has served the firm as the company owner since 2022 and farm manager since 2021, overseeing all aspects of production and innovation. She also founded Made with Divine Love LLC in 2022, Bee Natural Beauty LLC an organic cosmetics and beauty company that uses all waste from the farm to create new beauty products. Enlightened Holistic's in 2024, further demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit within the holistic health sector. Additionally, she is currently a certified life coach with Journey to Your Unlimited Self, guiding individuals toward personal growth and wellness.
Previously, Mrs. Ballard-Wright contributed as a learning and development specialist at Aquaponics Training Institute from 2018 to 2024, where she educated others on sustainable agriculture practices. Her earlier professional experience includes serving as a behavior specialist at IOM Services from 2012 to 2016 and working in membership services for the Detroit Zoological Society from 2011 to 2013.
Furthermore, Mrs. Ballard-Wright's expertise has been recognized through her board memberships with Women World Game Changers and the Invertebrate Society. Several of her written works have received awards and her achievements have also garnered recognition at the Michigan Science Fair, acknowledging her contributions to aquaculture.
Educationally, Mrs. Ballard-Wright's journey began at the University of Phoenix, where she earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. She later completed another bachelor's degree in behavioral science at Central Michigan University. After overcoming significant personal challenges — including a cancer diagnosis that required over forty surgeries — she returned to academia, earning additional bachelor's degrees in education in biology, agricultural engineering and organic agriculture from Central Michigan University the same institution in 2018.
Complementing her formal education, Mrs. Ballard-Wright holds a USDA 100% certified organic from the USDA Agricultural Research Service, an organic farmer certification from the USDA, an aquaculture operations certificate from Michigan Aquaculture and both an organic education services certification and a youth nutrition specialist certification from USDA OCIO.
Mrs. Ballard-Wright's path into agriculture was shaped by early experiences with food insecurity and time spent in foster care, which instilled in her a deep understanding of the importance of structure and support for children. Inspired by her grandmother Barbara Ballard's kindness and exposure to music and drama, Mrs. Ballard-Wright developed resilience that would guide her through life's challenges. The loss of stability during her youth led her to become the legal guardian of her four siblings while still a young adult of 18 undergoing cancer treatment, a period that sparked her interest in holistic health and sustainable food production.
Mrs. Ballard-Wright credits her husband, Effrin Wright, for his unwavering support during the development of her technology, particularly as she navigated the complexities of innovation. She also acknowledges Dr. Masaru Emoto's research on water consciousness as an early influence on her experiments with structured water and cellular memory.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Mrs. Ballard-Wright is civically engaged as an animal care associate at Horse Haven Farms, a volunteer staff member with Youth Advocate Programs Inc., a volunteer with Animal Rehabilitators and SOS Children's Villages International and a youth specialist at Macomb County Child Advocacy Center Care House Inc. Her commitment to youth intervention and animal welfare are well attributed in her experience and practices.
In her personal life, Mrs. Ballard-Wright enjoys meditating, connecting with nature, spending time with family, drawing and inventing new technologies. In the upcoming years, she is dedicated to expanding farm operations to reach more communities while developing a nonprofit community center focused on supporting underprivileged families and at-risk youth. Through this initiative, participants will gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and agriculture, overseeing vertical farming towers and taking home organic food each month, while learning about environmental stewardship.
Mrs. Ballard-Wright believes meaningful change is possible and emphasizes that many solutions already exist across sectors, including those developed by her company. She stresses the urgent need to restore both environmental and human health, highlighting the paradox of obesity and hunger within the same communities as evidence of flawed food systems. Central to her approach is the conviction that how food is grown is just as important as how it is consumed, with broad implications for ecological and societal balance. Her technology is designed not only to complement traditional farming but also to restore nutrients to depleted soils, fostering harmony between human nutrition needs and environmental health. Her orchard's rapid fruit production using aquaculture waste exemplifies this approach's effectiveness.
Mrs. Ballard-Wright's powerhouse expertise and award-winning experience make her a force of nature. Today, she's on a mission to elevate Wright's Organic's Farm into a beloved household brand—one that inspires, educates, and nourishes every table it touches.
