From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Mora was head of procurement and operations at Stair Cargo Inc., where he demonstrated exceptional leadership forging important partnerships with OEMs and MRO suppliers in the USA. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mora worked as a consulting procurement engineer at Siemens Energy & Automation for five years, beginning in 2005, after initially serving as a senior purchasing engineer from 2003 to 2005. His early years included succeeding as a supply chain management engineer at Philips Electronics N.A. in 2002 and as a production control engineer at General Motors Comotores, dating back to 1997.

Mr. Mora's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration in operations and supply chain management from the University of Dallas in 2000. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is actively involved in civic activities, such as participating in the Big Climb Dallas for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This involvement reflects Mr. Mora's commitment to giving back to the community.
