Earlier in his professional journey, Mr. Doering was an engineering and tooling manager at Salisbury Operations, where he managed technical teams and supported manufacturing improvements. He previously held the role of plant general manager at Huntington operations with Meridian Automotive Systems for one year, following his tenure as engineering manager at the same location for four years. His first professional experiences include serving as a manufacturing engineer at Meridian Automotive Systems, an operations manager at PURforms Inc. and a team leader at TAC Manufacturing Inc.

Educationally, Mr. Doering's background includes an associate degree in organizational management from Huntington University in 2017. Beyond his education, he credits his grandfather as a formative influence in his life, instilling in him the importance of critical thinking and strategic planning, skills that have been integral throughout his professional journey.
