Mr. Easterling's equally accomplished academic background includes a bachelor's degree in business management and marketing from Texas Tech University. His time at Texas Tech was also marked by his athletic prowess as he earned a four-year athletic scholarship and played alongside notable teammates such as Cliff Kingsbury and Wes Welker. His passion for sports began at Crowley High School in Fort Worth, where he became the first student in the school's history to earn a Division 1 scholarship. Although his professional football aspirations with teams like the Dallas Cowboys and Toronto Argonauts did not materialize, he found success in the Arena Football League as a starting tailback for the Lincoln Capitols in Nebraska and later for the Missoula Cyclones in St. Louis.

After transitioning from traditional roles in retail and coaching, Mr. Easterling discovered fulfillment in personal training after observing a friend's enthusiasm for the profession. Inspired by this new path, he conducted market research that confirmed a widespread interest in his specific services, leading him to establish his own personal training company. To augment his knowledge and qualifications as a trainer, he is certified by American Sports Training as well as in self-defense.
