In recent years, Ms. Lynn has emerged as a leading expert in business resilience. As business resilience strategist for the Heart Led Awakening Program, she has focused on guiding organizations and individuals through adversity, drawing from her own experiences to foster strength and adaptability.

From 2022 to 2023, Ms. Lynn held the position of information technology vendor relations and contract manager at Trinity Industries Inc., where she managed relationships with technology vendors and oversaw contract negotiations. She also fulfilled the responsibilities of purchasing and supply chain manager at Spartan Air Academy in Iraq, located in Irving, Texas, from 2017 to 2023, serving in both capacities during this period.

Ms. Lynn's expertise in procurement also included her role as a contract manager in procurement and logistics with Robert Half from 2017 to 2022. Her background in health care was also evident through her work as a certified medical assistant and phlebotomist for Total Wellness Biometric Health Screenings from 2010 to 2021, where she provided essential health services.

Among other notable and diverse roles, Ms. Lynn owned her own graphics business for over a decade. She began this venture part-time after learning that her position with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation/Resolution Trust Corporation was coming to an end. Leveraging her skills in graphic design, Ms. Lynn initially took on side projects, including creating PowerPoint presentations, logos and letterheads. She later partnered with a printing facility owner to expand the business, before eventually continuing to operate independently to maintain high standards of client service.

Ms. Lynn spent 20 previous years with IGAPS, initially as the president and executive director and later as an independent travel consultant at IGAPS CBT until 2016. She also excelled as an office manager at Majestic Realty. Earlier, Ms. Lynn oversaw contract management for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation/Resolution Trust Corporation for nearly 20 years, from 1993 to 2011, where she ensured compliance and effective contract execution during a period of industry transition. Additionally, she worked as a certified medical assistant and office manager at Internal and Family Medicine Physician's Office, MCNT Family Medicine, starting in 2008.

More recently, Ms. Lynn became a certified grief educator with Friends in Grief, where she spent over five years. After becoming certified in this field in 2020, she began supporting parents who had experienced loss and later expanded her focus to individuals grieving the loss of parents.

Ms. Lynn's educational background includes certification as a phlebotomist, medical assistant and grief educator. She also received a certificate in business management. Throughout her career, she has also been an active member of several civic organizations, such as Toastmasters International, the McKinney Chamber of Commerce, the Plano Chamber of Commerce, the Dallas Regional Chamber and eWomenNetwork.

In light of her success, Ms. Lynn's achievements have been recognized through numerous awards, such as Best Business Resilience Strategist in Texas by Best of Best Review in 2025. Looking ahead, she remains dedicated to empowering women to embrace their authentic selves rather than conforming to societal expectations.
