Prior to his current position, Mr. Arnolds served as a summer consultant at Boston Consulting Group in 2022. During this period, he gained valuable experience working alongside industry leaders and further honed his expertise in artificial intelligence applications within business environments.

From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Arnolds held the position of head of the digital transformation department at FOSIS—Chile's Social Investment and Solidarity Fund—a government agency dedicated to alleviating poverty. In this capacity, he led a groundbreaking initiative that stands as his most notable professional achievement: the development and implementation of an artificial intelligence virtual assistant designed to streamline the application process for social programs. Recognizing that approximately 90 percent of applications were previously conducted in person, Mr. Arnolds identified significant inefficiencies and gaps in citizen engagement. Under his leadership, the department conducted interviews, organized focus groups and collaborated with internal teams as well as a consultancy firm to create a user-friendly solution. The resulting virtual assistant increased online applications by 400 percent, significantly improving access for vulnerable populations living in extreme poverty. This project was recognized by Microsoft as an artificial intelligence success story and fundamentally transformed the way essential social programs reached those in need.

In 2018, Mr. Arnolds served as advisor to the executive director at FOSIS, where he provided strategic guidance on digital initiatives aimed at enhancing public service delivery. Earlier in his career, he worked at VTR from 2017 to 2018 as pricing and portfolio manager, where he was responsible for optimizing product offerings and pricing strategies within the telecommunications sector. He also held the role of product manager at VTR in 2017, focusing on product development and market positioning.

Mr. Arnolds' academic background has been instrumental in shaping his professional trajectory. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in Boston in 2023, where he was also an active member of the soccer team for two years and contributed to winning a major tournament against other business schools. His undergraduate studies culminated with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering with a focus on information technology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in Santiago in 2016. Additionally, he participated in an academic exchange program at University of California, Santa Barbara in 2016.

Further enhancing his technical expertise, Mr. Arnolds holds several certifications, including advanced analytics: machine learning, optimization and Python from Boston Consulting Group and data science for public managers from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. These credentials have supported his ability to deliver innovative solutions across diverse sectors.

Mr. Arnolds attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his family. Originally from Chile and the oldest of six siblings, he credits their encouragement during his transition to the United States and throughout his various professional endeavors as a key enabler of his achievements. Despite residing abroad, he maintains close ties with his family by returning to Chile multiple times each year.

His commitment to civic engagement is reflected through roles such as chief of zone for Trabajo País in 2014 and project manager for Desafío Levantemos Chile from 2011 to 2012. These experiences underscore Mr. Arnolds' dedication to community development and social impact.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Arnolds is passionate about water sports, including kitesurfing—a pursuit that has seen him participate in several international competitions—as well as windsurfing, surfing, water skiing and wakeboarding. He also enjoys playing soccer, hiking and tennis. His enthusiasm for kitesurfing was especially prominent during his time living in Chile and Boston while attending business school; he frequently traveled to kitesurf in destinations such as Brazil, Argentina, Aruba, Dominican Republic, Spain, Croatia, Denmark, Egypt and Kenya.
