His work spans successful launch and market adoption of products and services on enterprise platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), go-to-market (GTM) strategy, mergers and acquisitions integration, and multi-cloud and hybrid cloud operations. At Kyndryl, he launched Kyndryl Cloud Native Services (KCNS) and joint modernization solutions with the cloud hyperscalers. His leadership secured high-impact client wins across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, energy, telecommunications and finance from North America to Japan and Europe.

In an earlier role at IBM, Mr. Dasari launched the company's first public cloud platform, securing multi-million dollar internal investment and deploying hundreds of workloads across IBM brands and independent software vendors. He transformed IBM's cloud GTM and monetization strategies for over 190 cloud services and drove hybrid cloud revenue with productivity gains of 40% and award-winning solutions.

Nevertheless, behind every strategic win lies a deeper philosophy. As an ex-Air Force officer, Mr. Dasari operates with precision, integrity and deep respect for people. He credits his late mother, Dr. Theresa Philomena, a barrier-breaking South Indian physician, with inspiring his ethos: technology, at its best, should serve human dignity, equity and progress.

Mr. Dasari holds multiple patents, including innovations in dynamic incentive arbitration and application transformation. His publication in the IBM Systems Journal is regarded as a pioneering work in the early architecture of cloud computing, and has helped shape how enterprises understand enablement, scalability and service delivery in modern cloud environments.

Along with receiving the IBM Innovation Award and Outstanding MS Student Award, Mr. Dasari ranks in the top 1% on LinkedIn's Social Selling Index in Cloud and AI.

Mr. Dasari holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in computer science from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Technology in engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

Outside the boardroom, Mr. Dasari coaches all-girls STEM teams, raises funds for non-profits focused on environmental conservation, is active in the Austin technology investor community and volunteers in education initiatives. He is a father of three, a golfer and a student of meditation and quantum theory. He is ever curious and ever grounded.
