In this capacity, she spends much of her day mentoring new designers, leasing studio space to them in her Ruston-based studio and guiding them through the early stages of their professional journeys. Mrs. Hirschman's commitment to mentorship extends beyond business operations, as she meets weekly with mentees to share her knowledge and foster their growth.

A hallmark of Mrs. Hirschman's professional achievements is her work in residential remodeling. She takes pride in managing whole-house renovations, overseeing every aspect from relocating homeowners and their belongings to remodeling the property and facilitating their return. This comprehensive approach has earned Mrs. Hirschman recognition for excellence in project management and client satisfaction.

Prior to founding her firm, Mrs. Hirschman contributed significantly to the Washington State Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers from 2003 to 2015 as an interior designer. During her tenure, she also served as the president, demonstrating her leadership within the organization and her dedication to advancing industry standards. Mrs. Hirschman's further affiliations include allied membership in the American Society of Interior Designers, as well as involvement with the National Kitchen and Bath Association, CAPS and Habitat for Humanity.

Mrs. Hirschman's career also encompasses academic instruction. She taught interior design business courses at Clover Park Technical College for nearly two years, imparting practical skills and industry insights to aspiring designers. Her teaching experience is complemented by her ongoing mentorship program for recent graduates entering the field. In recognition of her contributions to the field, Mrs. Hirschman received interior design awards from the Master Builders Association between 2008 and 2010, as well as two volunteer awards.

After returning to the United States from Europe in 1979, Mrs. Hirschman pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting, printmaking, ceramics and sculpture at The University of Memphis, graduating in 1982. She later completed a bachelor's degree in interior design at Clover Park Technical College in 2004, driven by a desire to fully understand the discipline before launching her own business. Additionally, Mrs. Hirschman holds certification as an associate kitchen and bath designer, further underscoring her technical proficiency.

Reflecting on her professional journey, Mrs. Hirschman credits much of her success to the unwavering support of her family, particularly her husband, whose encouragement has been a constant source of motivation throughout her career. Her path has included international relocations due to professional commitments, offering her the opportunity to live and work abroad during key periods of her life. Notably, Mrs. Hirschman returned to Germany in 1999, where she established a studio and taught drawing and pottery, an experience she found especially rewarding.

Born in Houston, Mrs. Hirschman enjoys sewing and reading in her personal time.
