Before his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Iverson served as a process engineer at Syngenta, leading agriculture companies headquartered overseas from 2020 to 2024. He held the same position earlier at Bayer Crop Science, where he refined his technical expertise and problem-solving skills in the agricultural sector between 2018 and 2020.

Mr. Iverson began his professional journey as a plant engineering co-op at Cargill Inc. in 2016. This early experience provided him with foundational knowledge in large-scale industrial operations and set the stage for his subsequent accomplishments.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Iverson earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering, cum laude, from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City in 2017. During his studies, he participated in an exchange program at the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany in 2015, broadening his global perspective and technical acumen. Mr. Iverson has maintained active membership with Phi Eta Sigma and Tau Beta Pi, reflecting his commitment to professional development.
