In this role, he honed his skills in project management and business development while deepening his knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodeling. For the preceding four years, he was a project manager at Wineteer Incorporated, now Wineteer Construction, where he began shaping the company's operational framework alongside the previous owner, Mike Dodd.

Mr. McIntyre's professional journey began as an operational foreman at Towncraft Inc., a position he held from 1995 to 1997. In addition to his numerous appointments, he has furthered his expertise through membership with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, the Professional Remodeling Collective and BNI Global LLC.

Mr. McIntyre's educational background includes coursework in fine arts and design at Emporia State University in 1993. Although he did not complete a degree program, his studies have significantly influenced his approach to creative design within the construction industry. In addition to his formal education, he earned the certified aging-in-place specialist credential from the National Association of Home Builders in 2010.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. McIntyre attributes his success to attentive listening and a thorough understanding of financial metrics, principles he shares transparently with both clients and employees to ensure clarity regarding value and pricing. His entry into the construction profession was shaped by personal circumstances. While supporting his wife through her college education as a second-grade teacher, he began working in various trades, such as roofing and cabinet making. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to pursue several side ventures before joining Wineteer Construction, where he steadily advanced through leadership roles before ultimately acquiring the company.

Mr. McIntyre's work has been recognized with numerous awards, including winning two categories in Kansas City Favorites and a gold winner distinction from The Kansas City Star & NERUS Strategies LLC and Remy Awards from Professional Remodeling Collective. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is civically engaged as a donor to his church and various causes through Wineteer Construction.

In his personal life, Mr. McIntyre is the father of four daughters with whom he enjoys mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, camping and participating in river trips. He also finds fulfillment in building unique and challenging projects.
