Mr. Bryant has established a distinguished career in pediatric nursing and health care leadership, marked by a commitment to patient care, staff development and operational excellence. Since 2023, he has served as an assistant nurse manager in the pediatric intensive care unit at Johns Hopkins Children's Center, where he oversees all operations within the unit and manages both nurses and support staff. In this capacity, Mr. Bryant has played a pivotal role in adapting to the evolving landscape of health care, particularly in response to the significant changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Drawing on his extensive clinical experience, Mr. Bryant has observed a shift toward virtual processes and a transformation in work ethic among new graduates, which has influenced his approach as a nurse leader. He is dedicated to inspiring growth among his team, especially in pediatrics, where supporting both patients and their families presents unique challenges. Mr. Bryant approaches each day with positive intent and encourages his colleagues to do the same, striving to make the best of every situation.

In addition to his responsibilities at Johns Hopkins Children's Center, Mr. Bryant is a registered nurse in the pediatric emergency department at Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health, a position he began in 2025. He also contributes to the field as an adjunct faculty instructor in the Department of Nursing at Towson University, where he shares his expertise with future generations of nurses.

Prior to these roles, Mr. Bryant gained valuable experience as a travel registered nurse in pediatric emergency rooms at both Children's National Hospital from 2022 to 2023 and Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in 2022. Mr. Bryant attributes his success to networking, community engagement and consistently stepping beyond his comfort zone, qualities that have enabled him to adapt quickly within dynamic health care environments. His initial interest in nursing was sparked by encouragement from firefighters while working as a medic on a fire team after growing up in Alabama. Although Mr. Bryant once considered becoming an elementary school principal, he ultimately chose nursing for its practical opportunities and direct impact on patient care.

Outside his professional pursuits, Mr. Bryant enjoys outdoor activities with his dog, participating in escape games and escape rooms, traveling, attending theater performances and exploring cities and their surroundings. He is also actively involved in clinical teaching, sharing his expertise and experience with the next generation of nurses.
