A distinguished expert in the technology industry, Mr. Manning currently serves as chief strategy officer at FutureDial Inc., a role he has held since 2021. In this capacity, he is responsible for interacting with customers and developing strategies that drive the company's growth and innovation. His expertise in technology-related fields, global services and logistics has been instrumental in shaping FutureDial Inc.'s direction and reputation within the industry.

Prior to being promoted to his current position, Mr. Manning was chief commercial officer at the same company from 2015 to 2021. During this period, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company's commercial reach and strengthening its relationships with key clients. Early in his professional journey, Mr. Manning was president and chief executive officer of Future International from 1985 to 1988, after serving as president of the communications group at Burroughs-Memorex Corporation from 1983 to 1985. He began his career in financial accounting before being recruited by Rockwell International in 1979. While there, he managed internal audit practices until 1983, laying a strong foundation for his subsequent leadership roles.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Manning has been recognized for his thought leadership and innovation. Notably, he was interviewed by The Wall Street Journal regarding his expertise in reverse logistics, a testament to his influence within the industry.

Mr. Manning's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in economics and accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completed in 1974. In addition to his degree, he earned certification as a certified public accountant in Nebraska in 1974, prior to graduating.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Manning is civically engaged as a supporter of the American Red Cross and local schools. He is also an author and enjoys playing golf and spending time with family members, including his three children and seven grandchildren, in his free time.
