Mrs. Dixson has established a distinguished career spanning 34 years, marked by progressive leadership and expertise in advanced product quality planning, risk mitigation and contingency planning. Since 2020, she has served as an advanced product quality planning RIS subject matter expert for Raytheon Intelligence & Space, where her strategic acumen in risk mitigation and cost avoidance has been instrumental in driving operational excellence. Concurrently, since 2015, Mrs. Dixson has held the role of material quality engineering manager for California, Texas and Mississippi at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, overseeing quality initiatives across multiple states and ensuring compliance with rigorous industry standards.

In addition to her tenure at Raytheon, Mrs. Dixson is also the licensed commercial contractor and president and owner of Southern Executive Builders, a position she has held since 2016. Her entrepreneurial spirit is further demonstrated through her ongoing work as a real estate broker with Southern Executive Realty since 2004 and with Virtual Realty Group since 2016. These roles underscore her versatility and commitment to excellence in both the construction and real estate sectors.

From 2008 to 2016, Mrs. Dixson was an operations manager at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, where she managed complex projects and contributed to the advancement of aerospace technologies. Previously, she served as associate vice president of operations at Modine Manufacturing Company (formerly G&O Manufacturing) from 2004 to 2008, where she led operational improvements and fostered a culture of continuous innovation.

Her earlier career includes significant roles such as product quality assurance section manager at Nissan North America from 2001 to 2004 and at Nissan Motor Corporation from 2000 to 2001. She began her professional journey as a production line manager in the aluminum division at G&O Manufacturing from 1996 to 2000, following her tenure as quality assurance manager at GNB Technologies from 1993 to 1996 and mechanical engineer at GNB Technologies from 1991 to 1993.

Mrs. Dixson's professional affiliations reflect her dedication to advancing diversity and technical excellence within her field. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., a past member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers and a past member of the National Society of Black Engineers.

Her academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi, earned in 2000. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering with a minor in mathematics from Mississippi State University. She is also a President and Dean's list Scholar. These academic achievements have provided a strong foundation for her multifaceted career. Mrs. Dixson is certified as a licensed commercial contractor and licensed broker, credentials that have enabled her to excel in both construction management and real estate brokerage.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Dixson has been recognized for her outstanding contributions with numerous awards. In 2023, she received the Black Engineer of the Year award from Raytheon. Her accolades also include the VP Mission Assurance Award Winner, Presidential Award for Quality and Innovation, Technical Engineer of the Year and Principal Quality Assurance Engineer with Technical Honors—all awarded by Raytheon in 2016. Earlier distinctions include the Jackson Chamber of Commerce CARE Award in 2002 and recognition as one of the Outstanding Young Women of America in 1991. Additionally, she served as an author on the American Society for Quality's Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Exam in the early 2000s, further cementing her influence in advancing engineering excellence.

Mrs. Dixson's commitment to community service is equally noteworthy. She has served on the board of directors for DivaDiversity from 2021 to 2023. Her volunteerism includes significant involvement with Habitat for Humanity and serving as hostess at Jackson Stew Pot alongside her son, beginning when he was seven years old. Demonstrating personal generosity, she purchased and donated five hundred blankets during Christmas for those in need. Upon relocating from Mississippi to Georgia, Mrs. Dixson immediately began volunteering at Atlanta Mission, where she played a pivotal role in mentoring a young woman who aspired to become a mortgage loan officer r—guiding her through free coursework that ultimately led to professional success and homeownership.

Born in West Point, Mrs. Dixson is dedicated to fostering growth within her family and her community. Her son Cooper Dixson is an accomplished golfer on the First Tee Atlanta golf team, a testament to her support for youth development initiatives. He is also a National High School Scholar as well as a member of the Honor Society. He will be an early honors graduate.

Looking ahead, Mrs. Dixson intends to continue mentoring others, engaging with the community and empowering the next generation to exceed even her own accomplishments.
