In 2025, Ms. Figaro embraced a new chapter in her healthcare career as a Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Aide at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare. In this role, she works one-on-one with patients to support their recovery while learning the many dimensions of rehabilitation. Grateful for this opportunity, she views the position as both a brave transition and a foundation that will shape her future in healthcare.

In 2024, Ms. Figaro launched Daline Coaching, a business dedicated to helping young women build confidence and overcome self-doubt. She focuses on supporting women in their late 20s and early 30s who are working to move forward in their careers and personal lives but often face barriers holding them back. While continuing her full-time role in healthcare, she is also committed to growing her coaching business as a way to reach her personal goals and create a meaningful impact. Through platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, she actively engages with her audience, sharing inspiration and guidance to build community and connection. She has also expanded her work to mentor aspiring MHA, MBA, and related graduate students in securing fellowships. Drawing from her own fellowship journey, she provides one-on-one support to help students navigate the process with confidence and set themselves up for success.

From 2024 to 2025, Ms. Figaro served as Interim Program Manager for the Mobile Health Unit Program at Community Health Center, Inc., a non-traditional model of care that brought health services directly to patients and made a meaningful impact in their lives. In this role, she led initiatives to expand access to care for underserved populations and others who needed it most. At the same time, she also contributed as a Program Specialist, supporting the development and implementation of community health programs and assisting in the launch of new initiatives to strengthen community well-being.

Ms. Figaro completed an administrative fellowship at Moses/Weitzman Health System from 2023 to 2024, following her graduate studies. This milestone was the result of hard work, perseverance, and the encouragement and support of mentors, leaders, and peers who believed in her. Throughout the fellowship, she gained invaluable insights into healthcare leadership and organizational strategy while contributing to initiatives that advanced patient care. More than a professional achievement, the experience gave her a new perspective on healthcare, shaped by the guidance and inspiration of leaders she worked alongside. It remains a pivotal chapter in her journey—one that continues to influence how she leads, serves, and makes an impact in all she does.

Earlier, she served as a community health worker with Davis County Health Department (2021–2023), directly engaging with populations most in need, including Pacific Islander and Hispanic communities, during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also worked as a crisis prevention case manager at Open Doors Utah (2021) and as a public health coordinator intern at Brigham Young University-Idaho (2020), contributing to campus-wide health initiatives.

Ms. Figaro began her career as a manager at McDonald's (2018–2020), building foundational leadership and operational skills that informed her transition into healthcare administration. She earned her Master of Healthcare Administration from Weber State University (2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from BYU-Idaho (2021).

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Figaro enjoys going to the gym, dancing, hiking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She finds fulfillment in helping women build confidence through her coaching business and values every opportunity for personal growth. Looking ahead, she aims to lead a strategic team in healthcare operations and management. In her current role at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare, she is focused on advancing into strategic planning positions while remaining open to opportunities in public service.

Passionate about learning, growth, and service, Ms. Figaro combines her professional expertise, personal experience, and dedication to equity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare and in the lives of those she coaches and mentors.

Above all, Ms. Figaro biggest inspiration comes from her home country of Haiti. One day, she hopes to return and apply the knowledge and experiences she has gained to strengthen Haiti's public healthcare system—always remembering where she came from.
