Marsh founded Accurate Pay Systems (APS) in 2012 to provide small business owners with a personalized and comprehensive payroll experience. Under her leadership, APS has grown to employ 13 staff members and serves a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

Before launching her own business, Marsh honed her skills at ADP Inc., where she served as a senior district manager and regional accountant specialist from 2007 to 2012. During her tenure, she was named among the top two in sales in Michigan and earned membership in the President's Club. That success, combined with her realization that small businesses need more personalized support, inspired her to start her own firm.

She also volunteers with Connect Macomb and contributes to local fire departments and charities.
