In a concurrent role, he served as the head of compliance audit for Cigna-HealthSpring between 2017 and 2019, where Mr. Holt led comprehensive audit initiatives to strengthen operational integrity and regulatory compliance.

From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Holt served as the chief executive officer of Aberrant Medical Supplies. Under his direction, the company expanded its market presence and its product offerings in the industry. In this role, he relied on critical experience gained as the chief executive officer at Great Health Pharmaceutical Company from 2008 through 2011, during which time Mr. Holt guided the organization through distinct phases of development, focusing on drug registration and market entry.

Mr. Holt also served as executive director at Everest Systems Solutions from 2004 to 2012, managing large-scale projects and implementing technology-driven Dr solutions that improved healthcare delivery systems. Earlier in his career, he was the chief operating officer at Coordinated Healthcare Providers from 1999 to 2003, prior to which he exercised his entrepreneurial spirit by launching Coordinated Healthcare Providers in South Africa after identifying a critical gap in healthcare services in 1997. Notably, Mr. Holt designed an innovative care model and secured funding to start the initiative, which he counts as a significant achievement given the complexities of operating across ten cultural communities with each having their own language.

Exceptional academic credentials further define Mr. Holt's presence in the field. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tennessee State University in 1991 and subsequently completed a Master of Science in Health Law and Strategy at the New York University School of Law. In addition to his formal education, Mr. Holt holds certifications in business strategy and problem solving from McKinsey and Company.

Throughout his career, Mr. Holt has forged a robust network and is an active member of professional organizations, including Phi Beta Lambda, Nashville Healthcare Council and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated.
