She has served as a Board Director of Scrum Alliance Inc. since 2024, where she is the Board Secretary and Chair of the Nominating Committee. Her other board service includes serving as a Board Director for the Adoptive and Foster Family Coalition of New York from 2016 through 2024, where she held the positions of Secretary, Treasurer, Finance Committee Chair and Governance Committee Chair during her tenure and was instrumental in successfully managing the organization's finances during the challenging times brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Ms. Davis collaborates with business leaders to mitigate risks, safeguard products and services and manage the development of associated elements.

Practicing law since 2008, Ms. Davis' career journey began at a large technology company practicing intellectual property and corporate transactions. Subsequently, she joined a mid-sized media technology company as Counsel for Intellectual Property & Innovation between 2019 and 2021.

Ms. Davis' educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in computer engineering from the University of Delaware and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from New York Law School. While pursuing her law degree, she gained valuable experience as an intern for various organizations and law practices, including as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard B. Lowe III and the Honorable Marcy S. Friedman at the New York State Supreme Court. Ms. Davis also holds several certifications, including registration as a patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, notary certification from the New York County Clerk, broker's license from the New York Department of Corporations and being a trained mentor with Mentor Collective.

Throughout her career, Ms. Davis has been actively involved in various industry-related organizations. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and Chief, a national community of vetted C-Suite and executive women. She also remains an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated since 2002.

In recognition of her work, Ms. Davis received the Entrepreneurial Innovation Award from the University of Delaware in 2023. She attributes her success to the unwavering support of her family and the positive mindset instilled in her while coming of age.
