Mr. Gong earned a Bachelor of Arts in computer and information sciences from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2015. While there, he served as an ITS lab assistant (2011–2014) and as a Java programming tutor (2013), cultivating his passion for teaching and mentorship. He also holds Lean Six Sigma green belt certification, equipping him with tools for process improvement and efficiency.
